Talent Exposure International is passionate about sports and academics for young people and wants to encourage them to remain active all their lives. Children joining our program are placed in private schools, primarily in the United States, that have strong sports teams. We search for scholarships according to need and assist with flights, housing, and orientation.
Our recruiting program is in compliance with governing guidelines for high school and collegiate athletics. Through partnerships with other organizations, we locate talented youth, offering them the chance for a good education and an opportunity to pursue the subject they love.
Though the organization does not dispense scholarships, it does put the student in contact with educational institutions that do. The student’s choice to proceed will depend on the amount of the scholarship offered, the commitment from the student to join a team or pursue an academic field of interest, and the coaches and teachers. Once the student accepts the offer, Talent Exposure International guides the family through the recruiting process.

Supporting Promising Athletes is a key element in developing their personalities and furthering their interests. An increasing number of athletes in the middle and high school and youth sectors of our program are making it to collegiate, national, and international levels. These elite athletes developed as a result of our recognizing talent and giving exemplary support with their education, sports activities, and career choices
Talent Exposure International finds and supports tomorrow’s stars. With assistance from The Hoops Rwanda and various sports clubs, and recommendations we locate schools that have the best facilities, housing, teaching staff, and coaches. We make a point of supporting initiatives that enable talented young children to practice top-level sports while completing academic and vocational training.
Whether their academic years end with sports being a hobby, recreation, or competitive, championship activity, we encourage our students to follow their dreams. Many of today’s sports stars say they benefited from our approach of combining sports with education and personal development. These are men and women who went on to become successful in sports or other fields of endeavor.
Costs
Housing: Students live in dormitories or with host families depending on the school.
Costs vary depending on need. Most participants pay for their transportation to and from school.
Schools give full or partial scholarships depending on need. Student-athletes are expected to participate on a sport team and maintain a B average in academic classes. Academic students are expected to participate in an extracurricular activity, play sports informally, and maintain a B average.
Holidays: Most students return home for summer vacations. Talent Exposure International is looking to provide organized sports camps for those who are looking to develop their skills.
